Who wears short shorts??? I wear short shorts!!!

I love wearing shorts. There are so many styles, colors and lengths. I found these images of cute ways I like to wear them, I can keep it casual with flip flops, heels if you want to look chic, wedges or boots! Yes boots if its not over 75 degrees outside ;). I would probably be found in shorts w my rainbow sandals and my fedora on day time, but I can definitely dress it up with a cute flowy top and heels and like I’ve done before with boots when I've gone to an outdoor concert. There are just so many ways. Get creative and express your style!

I’m actually taking a trip to Mexicali this weekend (90+ degree weather)so I get to wear mine!!!

Manu Chao- La primavera

Wow this is definitely one of my top favorite youtube videos!!! I love Manu Chao and his lyrics. I have been to one of his concerts and let me tell you , you do not stop jumping and singing!!!

Its not every year he comes to San Francisco, but when he does this year I will be there!!!!  

If you pay attention to minute 5:28… he clearly says a beautiful statement in English that describes his political leanings.

I think everyone in the world should know who Manu Chao is!!! He brings millions of people together, let me just remind you all, he sings in many languages like, Spanish, English, French, Arabic, Galician, Portuguese about love, immigration and just life in general.

OUT WITH THE SKINNY!!!

I have to admit it… I have not been a big fan of the skinny jean… maybe the jegging but not the skinny jean… I own maybe one pair that is practical for when I want to wear my high boots and that way I don’t need to battle with tugging in a flare jean inside of it. But I have always loved the flare fit… or you can call it the bell bottom!!! To me it is sooo much more comfortable and flattering. I just feel like I’m back in the 70’s. I love wearing mine with wedges, sandals, platform heels you name it I wear them. You can wear them to work wearing a black blazer like Jessica Alba, below. Or my favorite everyday style choice would be with a flowy top and a belt like Lauren Conrad and Vanessa Hudgens are wearing them. I prefer dark blue jeans I think that they are better to dress up but there are many choices like Kate Hudson she is wearing the really light denim and it looks really nice and casual.

TODAY: I am wearing a white button down, a silver necklace with a turquoise stone, Navy blue FLARE jeans and my black and brown wooden wedges and when I walk outside I put on my khaki short trench coat. Everything I’m wearing today is from forever 21 except the jeans I got at a boutique in San Jose.

I’m happy to see more girls wearing the flare jean these days.

Tune into tunics!!!! I’m obsessed with this style!

Well I had to include this on my spring and summer wardrobe!! The tunic… and no one else better than Nicki Hilton, Vanessa Hudgens and Nicole Richie to show us how this can be worn! I love tunics you can wear them with straight leg jeans and platforms for a more going out look, you can wear them with shorts or if they are long enough alone with some cute strappy sandals it all depends where you are going and how the weather is outside… I personally like to wear them just with sandals but if I am wearing it to work… jeans and wedges are perfect! If they are plain colored tunics you can wear layered necklaces but if it’s a colorful with patterns I recommend accessorize your hands with maybe gold or silver bracelets and rings. I just bought my mom 4 this weekend she has worn tunics and flowy skirts since I was young… I got hers at NY&Company but I’ve gotten mine from forever21.
